Marching Band
The Marching
Band is the most visible ensemble. The band
performs at festivals, parades, and football
games thoughout the year. Students have the
opportunity to earn 0.5 credits toward
graduation for each year they are enrolled
in the class. Students must also
participate in an instrumental music class.
An additional
part of the marching band is the color
guard. These students spin flags which
contributes a vital component to the visual
production. Students do not need to be a
member of an instrumental music class to
participate. Students participating in color
guard will have the opportunity to earn 0.5
credits toward graduation and should select
Marching Band on their schedule. Students
must audition in the Spring.
All students participating in Marching Band
must attend Marching Band Camp in August. Please see Mr. Dudzinski in the band office
for more information.
